The Client Support Representative plays a vital role in educating clients about AT&T Fiber’s speeds that power today’s lifestyles. You support strong sales growth by helping our clients enjoy the best in-home internet with AT&T Fiber.


As a Client Support Representative, you'll help our clients who can't afford downtime. AT&T Fiber's plans include automatic 5G backup that kicks in within seconds when the fiber line goes down, so they stay online even during outages. This Client Support Representative role is for someone who understands that for some clients, every minute offline costs money.


Responsibilities of the Client Support Representative

  • Assist clients with AT&T Fiber options by offering clear, friendly guidance that supports early sales discussions.
  • Break down plan details in simple terms that help clients compare AT&T Fiber choices with confidence.
  • Respond to service questions by providing straightforward answers that keep the sales process moving.
  • Maintain organized client notes to ensure smooth follow‑ups and consistent sales activity.
  • Track client interactions to support organized follow‑ups and maintain sales momentum.
  • Highlight the everyday advantages of AT&T Fiber to reinforce value and strengthen sales outcomes.
  • Support long‑term satisfaction by checking in after enrollment to encourage loyalty and future AT&T Fiber sales opportunities. 

Qualifications of a Client Support Representative

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. 
  • Experience in client support or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
