LHH is partnering with a well-established client in Falls Church, VA to identify a Client Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service while supporting a collaborative Customer Success team.

You'll help create positive customer experiences, provide timely solutions, and serve as a trusted resource for a portfolio of valued clients. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts

• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience

• Partner with internal teams to address customer needs and requests

• Track, escalate, and communicate customer concerns while ensuring timely follow-up

• Support Customer Success Managers in maintaining strong client relationships

• Identify opportunities to improve service levels and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new software and CRM systems

• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Critical thinking skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach

• Experience in commercial real estate or property management is a plus, but not required
