Overview We are seeking a customer-focused Service Specialist to join an onsite team in Spokane, WA. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and provider partners, helping them navigate benefits, eligibility, and claims-related questions with accuracy and care. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced, call-center environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
