Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Client Support, Return Mail Processor to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in West Henrietta, NY.

Job Title: Client Support, Return Mail Processor
Work Location: West Henrietta, NY
Duration: 3 month contract
Education/Experience Required: Computer Literacy, Data Entry
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Individual will work mostly independently.
- Return mail is delivered daily and they will be responsible for logging it into the system and preparing new packages to be mailed out.
- May require calling Clients to validate business address.
- Uses prescribed guidelines to ensure good customer relations are maintained and are resolved in accordance with policies and procedures. Assist with other data entry tasks as needed.
- Delivers quality service to clients via phone, email, chat, and other avenues
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of their tasks
- Uses systems and software packages, which may include HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, and ORS
- Performs data input, maintaining strong prioritization and organization
- Able to lift 10-20 pounds
