HireFrontier is hiring a Client Support & Sales Coordinator for a long-term assignment with a respected global client known for innovative technology solutions. You'll support customers, assist with sales activity, and help grow business relationships.
Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
Prepare and process customer quotes accurately and on time
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Work with internal teams on pricing and sales opportunities
Support sales goals and customer acquisition targets
Review purchase orders for compliance with company policy
Maintain accurate customer records
Communicate clearly before, during, and after the sales process
Resolve concerns professionally, identifying satisfaction opportunities
Handle additional customer service and admin duties
Prior sales support, account management, or client services experience
Staffing, admin, or business support background
CRM familiarity
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong organization and time management
Excellent customer service and relationship-building
Strong written/verbal communication
Comfortable managing multiple priorities
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Detail-oriented problem-solver
