Required:
- College degree or previous contact center experience
- Highly professional with a commitment to world-class service
- Ability to multitask and adjust quickly to change
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years, with no more than 1 large job gap of 6 months or more
Preferences:
- 1 year of customer service, call center, or client support experience
- Financial services or banking experience
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming phone calls regarding service inquiries on accounts
- Respond with accuracy and efficiency, meeting key performance metrics
- Provide support for Cash Management products and services, online and mobile app inquiries, and general account or financial-related inquiries
