InterDent is seeking a compassionate, organized, and service-oriented Client Support Specialist to assist patients, dental practices, and internal teams with questions, requests, and administrative needs. Respond to client, patient, practice, and internal support inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Provide accurate information regarding services, appointments, accounts, and administrative processes.
Document client interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
Investigate service-related issues and coordinate with appropriate departments to resolve them.
Follow up on outstanding requests to ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate client and support records.
Assist dental practices with administrative and operational questions.
Escalate complex or sensitive matters to appropriate team members.
Maintain confidentiality when handling patient, employee, financial, and company information.
Identify recurring issues and recommend opportunities to improve support processes.
Communicate effectively with remote and onsite colleagues across different departments.
Support remote client-service workflows while maintaining responsiveness and service quality.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, client support, healthcare administration, dental services, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems.
