Client Support Technician

Description:
Diversified Systems is searching for Client Support Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting services for end users across the organization. The successful candidate will support desktop systems, Microsoft technologies, user accounts, basic networking, endpoint security solutions, and related IT infrastructure while delivering excellent customer service and technical assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office 365, and enterprise applications.
• Support user account administration within Azure Active Directory and related identity management platforms.
• Assist with endpoint security tools and security-related troubleshooting activities.
• Diagnose and resolve basic networking issues involving DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and connectivity problems.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the service management system.
• Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate support teams when necessary.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to end users.
• Maintain knowledge of supported technologies and follow established IT support procedures.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, vocational training, Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• 1-4 years of relevant IT support or service desk experience required.
• Knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 required.
• Intermediate experience supporting Microsoft Windows 11 required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 required.
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP required.
• Knowledge of endpoint security tools required.
• Intermediate experience supporting desktop and notebook hardware required.
• Intermediate experience supporting printers required.
• Intermediate experience supporting wireless devices required.
• Strong communication skills required.
• Strong customer service mindset required.
• Strong problem-solving abilities required.
• Patience and ability to work effectively with end users required.

Highly Desired Skills:

• Intermediate experience with Azure Active Directory highly desired.
• Intermediate PowerShell experience highly desired.
• CompTIA A+ certification highly desired.
• CompTIA Network+ certification highly desired.
• Microsoft certifications highly desired.
