This Client Support Trainee role is ideal for individuals who are people-focused, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience supporting client programs and customer accounts in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.


What You’ll Do as a Client Support Trainee:

  • Serve as a point of contact for customers to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience

  • Support existing client accounts by assisting with service recommendations and account updates

  • Follow up directly with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve account performance

  • Track interactions, customer insights, and account activity to support internal reporting

  • Collaborate with fellow Client Support Trainee team members to coordinate daily account support efforts

  • Ensure all customer interactions align with company and client guidelines


Client Support Trainee Training Covers:
  • Customer engagement and relationship-building strategies

  • Product and service knowledge

  • Professional communication and account support best practices

  • CRM systems, documentation, and data tracking

What We’re Looking For In A Client Support Trainee:
  • Experience working with customers in service, support, retail, or client-facing roles (preferred but not required)

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
