Serve as a point of contact for customers to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience
Support existing client accounts by assisting with service recommendations and account updates
Follow up directly with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve account performance
Track interactions, customer insights, and account activity to support internal reporting
Collaborate with fellow Client Support Trainee team members to coordinate daily account support efforts
Ensure all customer interactions align with company and client guidelines
Customer engagement and relationship-building strategies
Product and service knowledge
Professional communication and account support best practices
CRM systems, documentation, and data tracking
Compliance and quality standards
Experience working with customers in service, support, retail, or client-facing roles (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills and a people-first mindset
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Comfort working with customer information in a professional setting
A high school diploma or equivalent
