Job Details:

Job Title: Client Services Representative

Location: White Plains, NY 10604

Pay Rate: $22.00/Hour

Contract Duration: 5 Months

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST

Requirements:

• 1+ year of Customer Service or Healthcare experience
• Medical Terminology knowledge required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone
• Report lab results to clients and patients
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Educate clients on laboratory processes
• Escalate concerns when needed and maintain confidentiality

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
