    Core Responsibilities

    • Install, service, and repair HVAC systems with a primary residential workload and some commercial tasks.
    • Troubleshoot performance issues to restore efficiency and reliability.
    • Perform scheduled maintenance and thorough inspections.
    • Provide courteous, informative customer interactions and recommendations.
    • Accurately log work details and track materials used.
    • Work safely and uphold industry codes and best practices.
    • Continuously build knowledge of new HVAC tools, tech, and methods.

    What You Need to Succeed

    • High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training preferred.
    • Valid HVAC certification and required licenses.
    • Proven experience in residential HVAC service.
    • Comprehensive understanding of HVAC components, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
    • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
    • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
