Clipper Tree Service is currently seeking a skilled and safety-focused professional to join our team as a climber/crew leader. This position is the key role in delivering high-quality service to residential and commercial clients.
Applicants should have an understanding and familiarity with the following;
- Identification and Use of Climbing Equipment
- Hazard Risk Assessment
- Rope Installation and Tying-In
- Methods for Ascending & Descending
- Isolating a Throw Line
- Limb-Walking
- Techniques for Double-Crotching, Recrotching, and Redirecting
- Techniques for Lowering with Control Lines
- Strong focus on safety, attention to detail, and situational awareness
Qualifications for the job include;
- Experience of 3+ years as a full-time climber
- Basic understanding of ANSI A300 Standard (Part I Pruning)
- Familiarity with ANSI Z133 Safety Standards
- Aerial Rescue Techniques
- Required PPE for Climbers
- Electrical Hazard Awareness
- ISA Certified Arborist credential strongly preferred but not required
