As the leader of the Climbing Team, your days will be filled with challenges, surprises, and laughter. Cultivating growth within this department in a health club isn’t easy! 

We are looking for a self-starter who will balance their passion for people and climbing with design and execution of a solid business plan.  Our ideal candidate will support current programs and personnel, add new revenue streams, and attract new clients and members to the club.  This person will embody a whatever-it-takes mindset and view challenges as an exciting part of leading the department!
