| Job Description: | The Opportunity The Clinical Service Representative Supervisor serves as support to the Clinical Service Representative Manager. It handles patient information and provides specific clinical support, which may include patient phone calls, scheduling appointments, scheduling ancillary tests, assisting with referrals, and coordinating patient care with our SHCC departments. The role also assists clinical staff with assessing patient information, shares expertise and provides support to team members, and assists other department personnel as necessary. Typical Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm; 40 hours/week Occasional Sundays as needed (12p-4p) Hours and days may vary according to the need of the SHCC
