Clinical LPN-{170020}
Main Location: Deer Park, TX 77536
Hourly Rate: $37.17/hr.
Hours: Full-time, 65 hours/bi-weekly.
Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, Sun, Wed, Thurs. + Every other weekend
· Will work at Pearland every Wednesday. No OT or holidays
· Work schedules will be created in 6-week blocks following the 3 weeks of training/orientation.
· A typical work week will be two or three weekdays and every other weekend.
Key Responsibilities
· Administer vaccinations and injections (influenza, COVID, TB, etc.)
· Obtain and record vital signs
· Provide emergency care in collaboration with the provider on-site
· Perform patient registration, intake, and checkout
· Support clinic operations, including wait room management, appointment scheduling, reminder/outreach calls, and chaperone duties for sensitive exams
Required Qualifications
· Experience administering immunizations, injections, & provide vaccine education
· Minimum 1 year of prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, ER, or related
· Experience documenting within an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
· Ability to obtain vital signs accurately
· Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED use
Licensure & Education
· Active, unrestricted LPN/LVN license in TX
· Graduate of an approved/accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program
