Several key roles in our clinics include:

• Medical Assistant - Work directly with providers and patients to support clinical care and procedures.
• Front Desk Coordinator - Welcome patients, check them in/out, and ensure a smooth clinic experience.
• Pre-Certification Specialist - Obtains insurance authorizations and verifies coverage for medical procedures and services to ensure timely patient care.
• Scheduler - Assist patients in booking and managing appointments with efficiency and care

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)

Medical Assistants- MA diploma from an accredited vocational institution, or a college course in medical assisting.

Performance Required:

• Knowledge of health care field and EMR systems preferred.
• Skill in written and verbal communications.
• Ability to learn and retain information regarding patient care practices and procedures.
• Ability to project a pleasant and professional image.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and complete delegated tasks.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to demonstrate compassion and caring in dealing with others.
