Clinic Administrative Assistant

Provides administrative/analytical support to Clinic Management team. Prioritizes, organizes and executes projects and tasks. Carries out all duties while maintaining compliance and confidentiality and promoting the mission and philosophy of the organization.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides administrative and analytical support to members of the Clinic Management team.
  • Provides assistance to the support staff, providers, and management team to ensure efficiency of the clinic.
  • Receives calls from patients and providers and provides resolution or disseminates to appropriate member of Management team in a timely manner.
  • Helps maintain provider schedules and time off requests
  • Coordinates facility requests
  • Formats, types, and proofs correspondence including memos, letters, and other documentation
  • Assists in the coordination of meetings, issuing reminders, confirming attendance, and ordering requested items for the meetings.
  • Responsible for ensuring the completion of clinic projects.
  • Performs essential clerical functions
  • Adheres to all company policies, including but not limited to, OSHA, HIPAA, compliance and Code of Conduct.
  • Regular and dependable attendance.
  • Follows the core competencies set forth by the Company, which are available for review on ARC SharePoint.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

Required: High school diploma or GED.

Preferred: Two (2) years of office assisting or clerical experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient with using Microsoft Office applications with intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to perform job functions, troubleshoot problems and make decisions without direct supervision.
  • Must be able to understand and follow oral and written instruction and must be able to communicate with co-workers to perform duties as part of a work group.
  • Must display a high level of accuracy, critical thinking and organization.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm plus occasional early morning, evening and/or weekend hours as required by business needs.
