Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 Hours per week. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based upon operational needs of the clinic.

We are seeking a Clinic Administrative Supervisor to:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the administrative staff. This includes managing work loads, training and education, overseeing team performance, and interviewing potential hires.
  • Address escalated patient concerns or issues.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
  • Bachelors Degree In Healthcare, Business Administration, or other business-related field (Preferred)
  • Work Experience: 3 years of progressive leadership responsibilities with experience working in healthcare (Required)
  • Supervisory experience in Access Services, Registration, Patient Accounting, or Clinic Operations (Preferred)
