Novant Health is seeking a Clinic Administrator  to manage and oversee the daily operations of Novant Health  Adult Primary Care and Health & Wellness Clinics

• Schedule: Full Time, Days 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Department: Primary Care- Peters Creek
• Location: Winston- Salem, North  Carolina

About Our Team:

Novant Health Adult Primary Care Peters Creek cares for adults of all ages, from young adulthood through the senior years. Our providers will help you stay as healthy as possible by offering preventive care and management for ongoing concerns. We also reserve same-day and next-day appointments for sick or injured patients so you can receive care quickly from providers you know and can trust. 

• Education:  Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience, required.
• Licensure/Certification: Current State Drivers License (Home Care Only), required.
• Additional skills required:Current and future trends/practice in area of responsibility; regulatory and governing standards, policies and procedures; information systems and software used in area of responsibility; equipment used in performing assigned duties; application of safety and infection control policies and procedures; skills in interviewing and selection process; understanding of budgeting, staffing, payroll and purchasing processes; implementation of competency, feedback, development and progressive discipline processes; teambuilding, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills; principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models; decision making, project leadership and consultation, delegation and communication skills; understanding of customer needs and expectations and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations.

• Lead the daily operations of a physician practice
• Manage clinic workflows, staffing, scheduling, and patient flow
• Supervise, coach, and develop clinical and administrative team members
• Partner with physicians and leadership to achieve strategic initiatives
• Monitor productivity, quality metrics, and financial performance
• Develop action plans to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with Novant Health policies and regulatory standards
• Support employee engagement and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational priorities
• Lead change initiatives while maintaining a patient-first culture
