What Makes This Role Different

  • Predictable 9:00–3:00 schedule — no evenings, no weekends

  • Manageable caseloads that allow time for thoughtful programming and supervision

  • Clinician-led decision making — quality and ethics come before productivity

  • Minimal administrative burden so you can focus on clinical care

  • Supportive clinic culture with experienced RBTs and responsive leadership

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized, ethical treatment plans

  • Provide high-quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs

  • Monitor client progress and make data-informed clinical decisions

What We are Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making skills

  • Commitment to compassionate, assent-based care

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and families

  • Experience in a clinic setting preferred (but not required)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience

  • Paid non-billable time

  • CEU and professional development support

  • Supportive leadership that values clinician input

  • A schedule that allows you to have a life outside of work

Who This Role Is Ideal For

  • BCBAs seeking work–life balance without sacrificing clinical quality

  • Parents or caregivers wanting a school-hours schedule

  • Clinicians looking to practice ethical ABA in a supportive environment
