    We are looking for a Clinic Biller Supervisor to join our team! The Clinic Biller Supervisor directs and coordinates clinic billing operations to optimize revenue cycle performance and ensure exceptional patient financial service delivery. This position supervises billing staff, provides training and ongoing development, monitors billing and collection activities, oversees insurance eligibility verification and point-of-service collections, and tracks key performance metrics. The Supervisor works collaboratively with Finance and operational teams to resolve issues, improve processes, maintain compliance, and support organizational goals through efficient and effective revenue cycle management.

    Education:

    Graduation from an accredited, state approved Medical/Dental Billing program.

    Experience:

    1. Five years experience in medical or dental billing, including Medicaid and Medicare

    2. Two years experience in supervising in a medical or dental setting.

    3. Experience with computerized medical/ dental billing system
