Key Responsibilities for the Clinic Billing Specialist:


• Manage denials and rejections across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers
• Complete eligibility checks, benefit assignments, and insurance maintenance in Evolve
• Handle cash posting, remittance follow-up, appeals, and secondary billing
• Support weekly billing cycles and act as back-up to the billing manager
• Contribute to new clinic and service launches, including provider enrollment support

Qualifications for the Clinic Billing Specialist:


• 3+ years of clinical or hospital billing experience
• Strong background in AR, denials management, and appeals
• Proven experience with Medicare and Medicaid billing
• Working knowledge of eligibility verification and payer follow-up
• Intermediate Excel skills for reconciliations and data audits
