Position Overview

Sigma Inc. is seeking an experienced Clinic Coordinator to support daily clinical operations at a healthcare facility in Boston, MA.

The Clinic Coordinator will coordinate clinical scheduling, maintain patient medical records, communicate with physicians and medical support staff, and help ensure the efficient flow of clinical services. This role is ideal for a healthcare administrative professional with strong clinic coordination, patient records, scheduling, and communication experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling of clinical services and appointments with physicians and medical support staff.
  • Support the day-to-day coordination of clinic activities and workflows.
  • Evaluate clinic operations and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and methods of operation.
  • Secure, organize, and maintain accurate patient medical histories and records.
  • Provide patients with appropriate information and instructions regarding treatments and medications.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, medical staff, and other treatment-related disciplines.
  • Coordinate the receipt and organization of laboratory results, diagnostic reports, and X-rays.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient information in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams to support timely patient care.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a healthcare, medical office, clinic, or hospital environment.
  • Experience coordinating clinical appointments and schedules.
  • Experience maintaining patient medical records and histories.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with physicians, medical support staff, patients, and other healthcare disciplines.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential patient information appropriately.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
