This role is ideal for a healthcare professional with experience coordinating clinical operations, patient records, provider schedules, and communication between patients and medical staff.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the scheduling of clinical services with physicians, nurses, and other medical support staff.
Support the daily operations and administrative activities of the clinic.
Evaluate clinic activities and recommend improvements to policies, procedures, and operational methods.
Secure, maintain, and update patient medical histories and medical records.
Provide patients with appropriate instructions regarding treatments and medications as directed by clinical staff.
Serve as a liaison between patients, physicians, medical support staff, and other treatment-related disciplines.
Coordinate the receipt, tracking, and distribution of patient laboratory results and X-ray reports.
Help ensure accurate and timely communication of patient information among appropriate healthcare professionals.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow applicable healthcare policies and procedures.
Perform additional administrative and coordination duties as needed to support clinic operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Clinic Coordinator, Medical Coordinator, Healthcare Coordinator, Medical Secretary, Patient Coordinator, or similar healthcare administrative role.
Experience working in a medical clinic, hospital, physician practice, or healthcare environment.
Strong knowledge of patient scheduling, medical records, and clinical administrative procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with physicians, medical staff, patients, and other healthcare disciplines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate patient documentation.
Ability to handle confidential patient information professionally.
Proficiency with computers and electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) systems is preferred.
