Clinic Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized,
patient-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment
and enjoys making a meaningful impact every day.
In this role, you will oversee the daily
coordination of clinic operations, support providers and staff, and help deliver
an exceptional experience for every patient. Your leadership, attention to
detail, and commitment to excellence will play a vital role in ensuring
efficient workflows and high-quality care.
Schedule: Full-Time | Days
What You'll Do
- Coordinate
day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow
- Support
providers, clinical staff, and front office teams
- Schedule
appointments and optimize clinic workflows
- Monitor
patient registration, documentation, and record accuracy
- Assist
with staffing coordination and daily operational needs
- Oversee
clinic supplies, equipment and facility readiness
- Promote
outstanding patient service and a positive clinic experience
- Ensure
compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations
- Identify
opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
What We Are Looking For
- Current
Tennessee State Board of Nursing license as an RN or LPN, BSN preferred
- Current
BLS Certification and recertification as needed; ACLS&PALS preferred
- Previous
experience in a clinic, medical office, or healthcare coordination role
- Experience
with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is preferred
- Strong
teamwork skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent
organizational, multitasking, communication and interpersonal skills
