Health Advocates Network is currently seeking an Orthodontic Dental Assistant to work at a facility in Baltimore, MD.

Pay Rate: $ / hour

Duties: Job Summary: As an Orthodontic Assistant you will play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care by assisting the doctor in orthodontic procedures, treatment planning, and patient education. You will help maintain a well-organized practice by preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, assisting in procedures and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Job Responsibilities: -Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for orthodontic procedures. -Assist the doctor with patient treatment, positioning instruments, and handling orthodontic appliances. -Educate patients on treatment plans, post-procedure care, and oral hygiene. -Manage patient scheduling and assist with front-office tasks as needed. -Support dentists and staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance matters. -Ensure accurate submission of expenses and invoices. -Maintain office inventory, including supplies and equipment. -Address patient and employee concerns professionally. -Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
