Job Description:
Location: Kennett Square, PA
Compensation Range:$90,000-$105,000 per year
Additional Compensation: This position is also eligible for bonus +student loan repayment.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program .
Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice .
3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not .
A passion for mentoring and developing others.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
