We are in search of a seasoned professional to join our team as the Director of Clinical Services. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead recruitment, supervision, coaching, training, and scheduling of therapists within our Outpatient Mental Health Clinics. Your overarching responsibility will entail orchestrating the day-to-day operations, planning, growth, and program development of the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, collaboratively operating with our day and residential programs to cater to the needs of adults coping with severe and profound mental illness. Position Details: Full-time on-site position, Monday through Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm, with virtual availability evenings and Saturdays for general support as needed and emergency consultation. Compensation and Benefits: Pay Range: $74,620 - $88,052 per year, paid bi-weekly. Salary calculated based on education and experience. Other Compensation: Employees are eligible for bonuses (variable, depending on company and individual performance). PTO: New employees can accrue up to 96 hours of PTO in the first year (pro-rated based on start date). Employees can accrue up to 40 hours of sick leave per calendar year (pro-rated based on start date). Holidays: 8 paid holidays per year Retirement: 403(b) plan participation available at hire. Employer matching after 1000 hours of service. Discretionary employer contributions are given at least once a year.
