We are currently seeking a Clinic Director to serve as the on-site administrative leader of our clinic in Perris, CA. This position will report to the OTS Regional Director of Clinic Operations and will work in collaboration with clinic leadership and OTS leadership.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinic Director provides day-to-day operational, clinical, and administrative leadership for an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) and its integrated primary care and wraparound service lines. This role is accountable for regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, patient access and retention, staff performance, and financial results at the site level. The Clinic Director serves as the primary operational liaison to tribal leadership and community partners and works in close partnership with OneTogether Solutions’ corporate services functions (clinical, compliance, revenue cycle, people, IT) to execute standardized playbooks while honoring the sovereignty and cultural priorities of the partner nation.
We are looking for a person who has supervisory and leadership experience and training in treating substance use disorders, primary care, and behavioral health. Experience with multicultural populations is highly desired. The ideal candidate will be patient, humble, and determined, along with demonstrating agility, optimism, organization, and empathy in their work
The Clinic Director is responsible for day-to-day operations of the clinic and is a key leader in the overall management of the program. This individual will develop, manage, report on, and be accountable for the daily operations of the clinic and its staff in their entirety. The Clinic Director will be a main contact with community leaders addressing substance use needs within and around Perris. In this role, the Clinic Director will in tandem with the Clinic Medical Director in the areas of human resources, finances, and general accountability.

This partnership combines clinical expertise and operational leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while maintaining regulatory compliance, financial stewardship, and organizational effectiveness.
The dyad model is built on shared accountability, mutual respect, transparent communication, and collaborative decision-making. Together, the Clinic Director and Medical Director are responsible for advancing the clinic's mission, strategic objectives, patient outcomes, operational performance, and regulatory compliance.
