In this position, you will assess and treat patients in an outpatient environment, create and execute personalized care plans, document clinical outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient recovery and functional improvement. You will provide evidence-based care while upholding high standards in clinical practice and documentation.

Responsibilities:

You will achieve success by:

  • Delivering direct patient care while managing clinic operations to ensure outstanding service and results.
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing clinic staff to cultivate a high-performing, patient-centered team.
  • Overseeing budgets, resources, and schedules to promote financial success and operational effectiveness.
  • Enhancing clinic visibility through community outreach, marketing efforts, and patient engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing in Rhode Island.
  • Preferred: Demonstrated leadership experience in a clinical environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems.
