FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our outpatient clinic in West Fort Myers, FL. This is an outstanding opportunity for a clinician who enjoys mentoring others, building a positive team culture, and delivering exceptional patient care while helping grow a successful clinic.

As Clinical Director, you'll continue treating patients while leading day-to-day clinic operations, supporting your team, and driving outstanding patient outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the clinic
• Mentor and develop Physical Therapists, PTAs, and front office staff
• Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care
• Drive patient satisfaction and clinical excellence
• Partner with regional leadership to grow the clinic
• Monitor productivity, quality, and operational performance
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Passion for mentoring clinicians and developing teams
