What You'll Do Provide exceptional physical therapy services and patient care Lead and mentor a team of clinical and support staff Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing clinic culture Drive clinic growth through patient satisfaction, community relationships, and operational excellence Monitor key performance metrics and clinic outcomes Support staff development through coaching, training, and performance management Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care Ensure compliance with state regulations, company policies, and best practices What We're Looking For Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain) Prior outpatient orthopedic experience required Leadership or management experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for clinic growth Commitment to delivering outstanding patient experiences Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first approach Why Join Us?
