We are seeking a dynamic, leadership-driven Physical Therapist to steer our team as Clinic Director.
The Opportunity: This role offers a unique opportunity to blend clinical expertise with strategic leadership. As the Clinic Director, you will not only provide top-tier orthopedic care but also drive the clinic’s growth, build a strong team, and shape the operational culture. You will have a direct hand in local community outreach, program development, and operational decision-making, giving you true ownership over the
clinic's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient scheduling and workflow.
Provide high-quality, individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments.
Mentor, train, and develop staff physical therapists and support personnel.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize clinic productivity and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and the local community.
Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active state Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain).
3+ years of clinical experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
Proven leadership, management, or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
