We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinical Director to lead our outpatient therapy team. This role is ideal for a leader who is passionate about developing clinicians, driving operational excellence, and delivering outstanding patient outcomes while maintaining a positive and engaging clinic culture.
As Clinical Director, you will combine patient care responsibilities with leadership and operational oversight. You will work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions while supporting the professional growth and success of your team.
This leadership opportunity requires a licensed Physical Therapist.
Your Role:
- Provide high quality patient care in an outpatient setting
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, post-surgical, neurological, vestibular, and sports-related conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
- Lead day-to-day clinic operations while fostering a positive, team-oriented culture
- Mentor and support clinical staff through ongoing coaching, collaboration, and professional development
- Assist with provider scheduling, patient experience initiatives, and clinic performance goals
- Support business development and community outreach efforts to grow clinic relationships and referrals
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR
- Promote clinical excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency across the clinic
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist licensure in the applicable state
- Previous outpatient experience preferred
- Previous leadership or clinical management experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and clinical reasoning skills
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and lead a collaborative clinical team
