Job Details

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Clinic Director Physical Therapist (PT) to lead an established outpatient therapy clinic in Shepherdstown, West Virginia (25443). This role combines hands-on patient care with clinic leadership and operational oversight.

The ideal candidate is passionate about developing clinicians, fostering a positive team culture, and driving outstanding patient outcomes while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, post-surgical, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions
  • Develop individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals
  • Lead day-to-day clinic operations and support a collaborative team environment
  • Mentor and support therapy staff through coaching and professional development
  • Assist with scheduling, clinic workflows, and patient experience initiatives
  • Support community outreach and referral relationship development
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within EMR systems
  • Promote clinical excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited program
  • Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in West Virginia
  • Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
  • Leadership or clinic management experience preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical reasoning skills
  • Passion for mentorship and patient-centered care
