About the Role
This leadership position is designed for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact in both patient care and team development. You will play a key role in shaping clinic culture, supporting staff growth, and ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team in a collaborative environment
- Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high standards of patient care
- Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development of clinical staff
- Monitor clinic performance metrics to support operational and productivity goals
- Contribute to growth initiatives, including patient experience and referral relationships
- Foster a positive and supportive workplace culture
- Provide direct patient care and ensure timely clinical documentation
Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Passion for team development and clinical excellence
