PEAKE PHYSICAL THERAPY
Clinic Director – Physical Therapist (Sports & Ortho)
Peake Physical Therapy Coppermine Racquet & Fitness Club - Mount Washington, Baltimore, MD
The Opportunity
Lead the clinic inside the Coppermine Racquet & Fitness Club in Mount Washington — an active, athletic patient population, on-site racquet and fitness facilities to work in, and the autonomy to run it the way you know it should be done. You'll bring the leadership experience; we give you the platform, a real clinical bench, and a growth ceiling most outpatient roles don't have. Maryland is a direct-access state, so you'll practice as first-line care with genuine clinical autonomy from day one.
What You'll Lead
You'll direct the clinic end to end: leading and developing your team, managing operations and clinic performance, building relationships across the Coppermine athletic community, and carrying a high-level orthopedic and sports caseload. This is real leadership with real upside — not a senior-clinician role with a title.
Why This Role Stands Out
A partnership ceiling. This role includes a clinical lead, profit-sharing partnership track. You share in what you build.
- Fellowship-level clinical growth. You'll be mentored by an AAOMPT fellowship-trained PT and have the option to complete AAOMPT fellowship — the kind of manual therapy and clinical-reasoning development most directors never get access to. You lead the clinic; you also keep getting sharper as a clinician.
Dry needling training provided. Already certified? You'll use it in a caseload that rewards it. Not yet? We'll train and certify you.
- The Peake Physical Therapy at Coppermine setting. An athletic, motivated patient base and on-site access to the racquet and fitness facilities for true functional rehab and return-to-sport work — not a strip-mall exam room.
A sane, predictable schedule and caseload. Full-time, 40 hours a week with only two early-evening shifts. Patient volume goal is 51 visits per week — and as director, your productivity target is adjusted for your leadership and operational responsibilities, so you're set up to lead, not just churn a full book.
