The ideal candidate has orthopedic experience and is passionate about providing exceptional care in a private outpatient physical therapy setting. They are a strong clinician and leader with excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, a commitment to mentoring and developing their team, and a desire to continuously advance their clinical knowledge and expertise. They thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented environment, and are dedicated to fostering exceptional patient outcomes, a positive clinic culture, and operational excellence.
As Clinic Director, you will lead by example, support and develop your team, oversee day-to-day clinic operations, and help drive the continued growth and success of the practice while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
