Provide exceptional patient care while maintaining a reduced leadership caseload
Lead daily clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient experience and outcomes
Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians and support staff

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
Previous leadership, mentoring, clinical instructor, or supervisory experience preferred
Passion for team development, patient care excellence, and clinic growth
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
