Are you passionate about developing healthcare professionals and helping teams grow? Join our urology practice as a Clinic Educator & Development Specialist and lead training, competency development, and educational initiatives that support exceptional patient care across our clinics.
What You'll Do
Develop and deliver training programs for CMAs, LVNs, and Receptionists.
Coordinate new hire training.
Create training materials, educational resources, and competency assessments.
Conduct skills validations and support employee development.
Partner with clinic leaders to identify training needs and close performance gaps.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Support new workflows, process improvements, and quality initiatives.
Monitor training outcomes and recommend solutions to improve performance.

Qualifications
Required
Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum 3 years of urology experience
Preferred
5+ years of urology experience
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Education or Training Certification
Experience developing training and competency programs
