About Rezilient
We’re not telehealth and we’re not a traditional doctor’s office – we’re the best parts of both. Our mission at Rezilient is simple: to make access to primary care convenient, timely, and seamless. Through our CloudClinic model, we’re transforming how healthcare is delivered by combining in-person care with virtual providers and innovative technology. We’re building the infrastructure to scale this model across the country and we’re now looking for a Clinic Launch Coordinator to help bring new clinics to life.
About the Role
As a Clinic Launch Coordinator, you will support the execution of new clinic openings, helping ensure each site is delivered on time, within budget, and operationally ready. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to coordinate cross-functional efforts, manage timelines, and drive progress across all phases of the clinic launch process. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role focused on execution, organization, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of clinic launches from post-lease through go-live and stabilization
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and task trackers for each new clinic
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Clinical Operations, Supply Chain, and IT
- Track progress against milestones and ensure stakeholders are meeting deadlines
- Identify risks and potential delays, and escalate issues with context and recommendations
- Coordinate vendors and logistics to support timely delivery, installation, and setup
- Help ensure clinics are operationally ready for opening, including equipment, inventory, and systems setup
- Support launch readiness meetings and provide clear status updates
- Assist with go-live coordination and initial launch support
- Support post-launch stabilization efforts, helping identify and resolve operational gaps
- Contribute to maintaining and improving launch checklists, tools, and processes
- Lead and coordinate on-site team members and vendors during installation to ensure timely and accurate setup aligned with project timelines
Requirements
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or similar roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and keep teams aligned and accountable to timelines
- Detail-oriented with strong execution and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience in healthcare, construction, supply chain, or multi-site operations
What Success Looks Like
- Projects stay on track with clear visibility into timelines and risks
- Cross-functional teams are aligned and meeting key milestones
- Clinics are well-coordinated and prepared for launch
- Smooth execution during launch and early operations
