We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for flexible per diem opportunities at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN or provider
- Perform nursing assessments and document findings
- Provide wound care and other skilled nursing interventions
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care

REQUIREMENTS
- Active Colorado LPN License required
- Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience
- Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Recent TB Test
- Ability to successfully pass required background screening
- Additional facility-specific requirements may apply
