    Job Summary and Responsibilities

    As our Clinic LPN you will help patients and their guests navigate the entire clinical experience so they can receive high-quality care in a seamless, comfortable, and efficient environment. Every day you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, facilitating everything from front-office registration to back-office clinical support. You will be expected to act as a patient advocate, assisting providers with exams and treatments while ensuring that clinical data, patient comfort, and operational workflows are managed with excellence. To be successful in this role, you must possess a versatile blend of clinical proficiency and high-level customer service skills, demonstrating the empathy, professional judgment, and organizational ability to coordinate care across both administrative and medical functions.

    • Relationship Building & Hospitality: Foster trust and patient comfort by maintaining a professional, empathetic demeanor and utilizing Studer Principles, including warm welcomes, proactive greetings, and clear introductions
    • Registration & Administrative Intake: Facilitate the check-in process by verifying identification and insurance, completing patient registration, and managing point-of-service collections
    • Clinical Vitals & Screening: Accurately measure and document patient vitals (BP, pulse, O2, etc.), conduct vision and hearing screenings, and explain all results to the patient
    • Health History & Documentation: Thoroughly document chief complaints, allergies, current medications, and health history into the electronic medical record to prepare for provider review
    • Clinical Support & Procedures: Assist providers with exams and clinical tasks, including performing diagnostic tests, administering medications, and preparing patients for procedures
    • Care Coordination & Facility Oversight: Manage patient referrals, maintain clinical supplies, and conduct routine quality checks to ensure operational efficiency and patient safety

    We are offering a $20,000 employment incentive to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

    Job Requirements

    Required

    • LPN Degree
    • License to practice professional nursing in the state of ND or in a compact state
    • Basic life support certified

    Preferred

    • 1 year of clinic or hospital experience
