Key Responsibilities:Support and oversee operations across 10 clinic locations (Buford mall of GA, Dacula, Decatur, Flowery branch, Lawrenceville, Loganville, North Druid Hills, Snellville, Sugar Hill, Tucker) within the Atlanta area.Lead, coach, and develop front desk and wellness staffDrive sales, memberships, and patient retentionMonitor performance metrics and achieve business goalsEnsure excellent customer service and patient satisfactionMaintain operational standards and complianceTravel between clinics as needed to provide leadership and operational support Full-time position – clinics are open 7 days a week, and work schedules may vary based on business needs
Qualifications:Leadership or management experience (healthcare, retail, or service industry preferred)Strong sales and customer service backgroundExcellent communication and team-building skillsResults-oriented with strong organizational abilities
