    Clinic Manager – Multispecialty Medical Clinic

    We are seeking an experienced, organized, and people-focused Clinic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing multispecialty medical clinic.

    The Clinic Manager will be responsible for supporting our clinical and administrative teams, ensuring efficient clinic operations, and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and staff. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building strong teams, improving processes, and working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare professionals.

    Key Responsibilities

    Team Leadership

    • Lead, coach, and support front desk, Medical Assistant, nursing, and other clinic staff.
    • Promote a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture.
    • Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing staff development.
    • Establish clear expectations and provide regular feedback and performance coaching.
    • Develop staff schedules and coordinate coverage to meet clinic needs.
    • Recognize and address staffing, workflow, and performance concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Clinic Operations

    • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
    • Coordinate staffing and resources across multiple specialties and providers.
    • Monitor schedules, patient volumes, access, and clinic productivity.
    • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
    • Develop and maintain efficient workflows and standard operating procedures.
    • Monitor supplies, equipment, and other clinic resources.
    • Partner with providers and staff to improve efficiency and the overall patient experience.

    Patient Experience

    • Promote a culture centered on compassionate, respectful, and high-quality patient care.
    • Address patient concerns and service issues professionally and promptly.
    • Monitor patient feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Help ensure patients receive timely, coordinated, and consistent care.

    Quality & Compliance

    • Ensure staff follow organizational policies, clinical standards, HIPAA requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
    • Support quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives.
    • Monitor compliance with clinical and administrative workflows.
    • Assist with audits, reporting, and implementation of corrective actions when needed.
    • Maintain appropriate documentation and confidentiality.

    Communication & Collaboration

    • Serve as a key point of contact between providers, clinical staff, administrative teams, and leadership.
    • Facilitate effective communication among multiple specialties.
    • Participate in staff meetings and operational planning.
    • Communicate changes, expectations, and priorities clearly to the team.
    • Collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational goals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, nursing, or a related field preferred.
    • Associate degree or equivalent healthcare management experience may be considered.
    • Previous healthcare leadership or clinic management experience required.
    • Experience in an outpatient or multispecialty medical practice preferred.
    • Clinical background such as RN, LPN, or Medical Assistant experience is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of medical office operations and workflows.
    • Experience with electronic medical records and scheduling systems.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
