Manages the day-to-day operations of assigned medical clinic locations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and exceptional patient experiences. Collaborates with administrative leadership to optimize practice performance, operational effectiveness, and patient satisfaction.
Assists the Director in overseeing medical group clinical andbusinessprocesseswhileensuringadherencetoorganizationalpolicies,procedures,andregulatoryrequirements.Supervisesclinicoperations,revenuecycleactivities,billingprocesses,andbusinessofficefunctionstosupportfinancialandoperationalgoals.
Responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, scheduling,andevaluatingbusinessofficepersonnelandsupportingthedevelopmentofclinicmanagementstaff.Monitorsschedules,assistswithonboardingandtrainingofnewclinicmanagers,andfosterseffectivecommunicationandcollaborationamongteammembers.
Prepares operational reports, analyzes key performance metrics, and presents findingstoleadership.Identifiesopportunitiesforprocessimprovementandworkflowoptimizationtoenhanceproductivity,servicequality,andpatientsatisfaction.Supportsbudgetplanning,expensemanagementinitiatives,andorganizationalgrowthobjectives.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, payer, and organizational regulations,includingHIPAArequirements.Maintainsaccuratedocumentation,auditreadiness,andadherencetobilling,coding,registration,andreimbursementguidelines.Assistswithproperinvoiceprocessingandcodingprocedures.
Addressesandresolvesescalatedpatientconcernsrelatedtobilling,insurancecoverage,registrationissues,andservicedelivery.Monitorsadherencetoestablishedpoliciesandprocedureswhilepromotingacultureofaccountability,quality,andcontinuousimprovement.
