Clinic Manager RN

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week

Work Location: On-site, Denver Highlands, CO

Position Summary

The Clinic Manager is responsible for the comprehensive management of the clinic, including staffing, patient flow, team development, operational efficiency, and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and patient education for pediatric and adult patients.

• Assess, plan, and implement patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

• Monitor patient flow and adjust staffing to meet the needs of multiple providers.

• Lead and support clinic staff while promoting teamwork and efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, OSHA, and HIPAA requirements.

• Communicate regularly with physicians, APPs, management, and other departments regarding clinic needs.

• Coordinate provider scheduling and staffing requirements.

• Organize and facilitate staff meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.

• Participate in organizational committees and monthly management meetings.

• Identify staff development and training needs and coordinate appropriate opportunities.

• Partner with Clinic Operations, Professional Development, and Human Resources on staffing and employee-related matters.

• Identify operational issues, take initiative, and implement effective solutions.

• Maintain a professional, flexible, collaborative, and patient-centered work environment.

• Perform additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• Current Colorado RN license.

• 5+ years of management experience.

• Experience caring for both adult and pediatric patients.

• Current CPR certification.

• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
