Job Overview:
The float position is for a skilled Clinic Office Assistant who thrives in learning new things, areas of pediatric expertise, can pivot to work with many different providers workflows. The ideal person for this position would be someone who likes change and can easily adjust to the different work styles/flows. The Float position and would require a valid drivers license with a good driving record. This floating position would cover multiple pediatric subspecialty departments, including Riley Physicians, Pediatric GI, Pediatric Infectious Disease, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Med. Management, Pediatric APP, Pediatric Neurology, and others. The position provides flexible coverage during staff absences (FMLA, sick, PTO) ensuring continuous patient care and maintaining operational efficiency across the departments.

Current certification/license from one of the below:
Certified Medical Assistant- American Association of Medical Assistants
Registered Medical Assistant- American Medical Technologist
Certified Clinical Medical Assistant- National Health career Association
National Certified Medical Assistant- National Center for Competency Testing
Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant- National Association for Health Professionals
Registered Medical Assistant- American Allied Health
Certified Medical Assistant Clinical- American Medical Certification Association
Active LPN license in state of employment
Active RN license in state of employment
CPR provider certification required.
Shift: Days, no holidays or weekends
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
