Local Pay: $76.44 / hour

Travel Pay: $46.48 / hour



Travel Rate (based on 36 hours): Hrly $46.48, Stipend (Lodging $896.00 + M&I $518.00) = $1,414.00, 

Total Comp:$3,273.20




Travel Eligibility: Candidates must live at least 50 miles from the facility to qualify for Travel Pay.

Mental Health Professional Duties & Responsibilities:

• 
  Assess clients’ mental and emotional health needs
  
• 
  Provide individual, family, or group counseling
  
• 
  Develop and implement treatment plans
  
• 
  Conduct mental health assessments and crisis intervention
  
• 
  Monitor client progress and update treatment plans
  
• 
  Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
  
• 
  Educate clients and families about mental health and coping strategies
  
• 
  Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers
  
• 
  Refer clients to community resources and support services
  
• 
  Follow ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 
  At least one year (12 months) of experience as a Mental Health Professional.
  
• 
  A valid and current license issued within the US
  
• 
  A valid and current CPR card
  
• 
  Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.
  
• 
  Licensed as Mental Health Professional by the State NM in which the position is located. The license MUST be in good standing
  
• 
  Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
  
• 
  Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
