The Clinic Nurse Educator for Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) is responsible for designing, implementing, and sustaining clinical education programs that ensure staff competency, regulatory compliance, onboarding and continuous survey readiness across all clinic settings. This role emphasizes preparedness for surveys, competency validation, and standardized clinical practice across geographically dispersed sites.The Nurse Educator partners closely with clinic leadership, Infection Prevention (IP), and Emergency Preparedness teams to lead drills, tabletop exercises, and training that strengthen organizational readiness for public health emergencies, disasters, and infection control events.
